Updates to Technical bulletin 28 include:

• adding new Japanese codes to the tables
• fixing minor errors across the bulletin.

These changes follow the 30 April 2024 amendment, as we continue to work through effects of recent changes to the Land Transport Rule: Vehicle Exhaust Emissions 2007.
