Parts and maintenance support for dot matrix continuous printers are getting increasingly difficult to source.

What else you need to know

Printer setup

If you're already set up via Unisys to print from both A4 and dot matrix continuous printers, you only need to select the A4 printer option.

If you don’t have an A4 printer yet, you’ll need to get one by June 2025 and contact Unisys to get it set up.

Customer copy

New CoF B printed checksheets are not carbonated. You will need to provide your customers with an extra copy.

Stationery supply

Blue Star will provide the new CoF B checksheet in packs of 500 sheets at a reduced cost.

Any issues with printing will be supported by Unisys: call 0800 243 687.
