The inspecting organisation certificates of authority (COAs) will no longer be posted and sent by mail.

From mid-February, we’ll be sending the COAs by email as an attached electronic file (E-COA). Sending E-COAs is much more efficient and prevents delays.

What this means for you

When you receive your E-COA please print and display it in a location where it’s clearly visible to your customers.

If displaying isn’t possible, you must ensure it is readily available for inspection when requested.
