Suzuki Fronx update – recall completed

Late last year, NZTA advised owners of Suzuki Fronx vehicles in New Zealand to stop carrying passengers in the rear seats of the vehicles. This followed the failure of a safety belt in a laboratory crash test carried out by the Australasian New Car Assessment Programme (ANCAP).

The manufacturer’s safety recall of affected Suzuki Fronx vehicles in New Zealand has now been completed and the advice not to carry back seat passengers can be ignored.
