Courier packs for returning old stock

Since the fee changes on 1 October 2023, certifiers have been able to order free prepaid courier bags on the Blue Star portal to return old stock.

From 1 January 2024, there will be a charge to order these bags.  We'll continue to issue refunds for the returned stock (including part books).

Please note:

• Check sheets didn't change on 1 October, you don't need to return them.
• Please remove and retain used carbon copy pages of Certification and WoF/CoF books before returning part books.
