Minor updates to land transport rules coming soon
Earlier this year we consulted the public and industry about 41 minor changes to land transport rules to be made through a single rule change process called the Regulatory Systems Rule Amendment (RSRA). The Minister of Transport recently confirmed 36 of the minor updates will proceed and take effect from 3 November 2025.
