New warning label available to order
The new cardan shaft park brake warning label is now available to order via the NZTA/Bluestar portal.

The old design is still acceptable for the purposes of passing a CoF, however we recommend replacing it with the new version wherever possible.
The new label includes a QR code which takes people to the CSPB page on our website – where the updated safety alert and a new video for drivers of vehicles fitted with CSPB is available.
Inspection protocol
When inspecting vehicles, please continue to follow the current CSPB testing requirements and procedures. No protocols have changed.
Remember, the certified inspector must apply the brake – not the vehicle’s driver.
