Entry VIRM amendment: ESC changes - 1 March 2018
1 March 2018Small update to incorporate the latest phase of electronic stability control changes - used class MA vehicles (passenger cars) with engine capacity greater than 2 litres inspected at the border from 1 March 2018 must have ESC fitted.

Cargo nets on small passenger service vehicles
16 October 2017A stretch cargo net of reasonable quality would be sufficient to meet the requirement of safely securing items of cargo likely to be carried in a small passenger services vehicle.

5 September 2017Changes to small passenger services vehicles coming into effect on 1 October 2017. There are no changes to the PSV Rule.

29 June 2017Microsoft no longer support Windows Vista or XP. If you are still using Vista or XP you must upgrade to Windows 7 or later.
