In-service VIRM amendment effective 1 July 2014 (affects both WoF and CoF)

This amendment is available for preview now and covers the introduction of the three-year WoFs for new vehicles and variable CoF frequencies. There are also a number of minor technical changes affecting both WoF and CoF.
