This amendment is available for preview now and covers a small number of general technical changes affecting both WoF and CoF.

From 1 April 2014 the In-service VIRM (WoF) will no longer be on the inspection portal and WoF inspectors will need to use the In-service VIRM (WoF & CoF). Read on to find out more.

In-service VIRM amendment effective 1 January 2014 (affects both WoF and CoF)

This amendment covers the new WoF expiry for some light vehicles and removal of the scratchbuilt vehicle definition, and for CoF, clarification of 12-month CoF for new light rental vehicles and changes related to heavy vehicle braking.
