We’ve added a new row to Table 3-1-1 to clarify when wheelchair stowing devices don’t require LVV certification.

Note: This clarification was issued in a letter to WoF and CoF inspecting organisations. It took effect from 19 December 2023. This amendment is to officially incorporate the advice into the VIRM.

Aligning fog lamp requirements with headlamps, especially around LED conversion kits.
